For a lot of the food illustrations I’ve done over the years, much of it still needs to be done the conventional way with Pen and Ink Stipple. If you need your food to translate well in black and white, it needs to be rendered in this technique using dots and lines (Stipple) created by hand to give your food life. Many of my food clients are: Kraft, Stouffers, Wendy’s, McDonald’s, and scores of others. Food illustration can also be created in the computer in black and white or color with beautiful results.
